Title Search - $185.00 (Up to 30 years, including Final Title.)
Closing Fee - $230.00 (Typically split between the buyer and the seller. When refinancing, the entire amount is the sole responsibility of the borrower.)
Document Preparation - $70.00 (Warranty Deed, Trust Deed, and Affidavit. Does not include filing fees.)
Title Insurance - Price varies based on the value of the property and/or loan amount.
Release and/or Note - $40.00
Contract - $100.00
Notary Closing Fee - $100 (Excludes Shipping Fees.)
